In accordance with the French articles L 121 - 20 et seq of the “code de la consommation” the customer has a “cooling-off” period of 14 days from delivery to reconsider their decision and return the item, without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of return shipping charges.

In all cases, merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with original labels attached, new and unworn, never laundered, and accompanied by the order number, to the following address:

The return merchandise that does not meet the conditions listed above (original packaging with original labels attached, new and unworn) or that are damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.

The costs and risks of return are always the responsibility of the customer. The customer is strongly encouraged to return the package by any means that provides proof of delivery, including the date  with acknowledgement of receipt, Colissimo, etc.) or with the return label provided by DE TOUJOURS.

Once the merchandise is received, validated and accepted by our services, reimbursement of returned items will be made by crediting the bank account originally used for payment.  Reimbursements will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 business days of receipt of the return.
